A secure financial future is not achieved by chance, but it is built through a solid understanding of personal finances, responsible planning, and consistent long-term saving.
For this reason, we are proud that Bolder Agency is participating in the financial literacy project implemented by the Croatian Pension Insurance Company (HRMOD). As part of this initiative, Bolder Agency organizes educational lectures for high school students, university students, and employees across the Republic of Croatia. The excellent attendance at these lectures reflects both the growing interest in financial education and the importance of improving financial literacy among citizens.
During the lectures, we introduce pupils and students the structure and functioning of the pension system in the Republic of Croatia and present the various options available for retirement savings. For employees, we explain the key concepts and institutions related to the pension system and guide them through the process of joining the second and third pension pillars. In addition, we provide clear explanations of how second-pillar pensions are adjusted and highlight the key differences between indexed and non-indexed pensions.
Financial literacy is developed step by step, and the financial decisions we make today can have a significant impact on our long-term financial security and quality of life.
